Due to the current restrictions in place on movement. As things stand we have suspended all shipping outside of the UK until we get more clarity about air freight. We are currently still using royal mail.
If you want any repairs done we kindly request that you purchase a service pack at the appropriate price ie normal Smiths at £250, divers and military as indicated, and if the price is higher we will invoice you for the remainder once the service is complete.
Currently we are not using pre-paid packs, please send your repair in a padded envelope/jiffy bag, by special delivery direct to us.
Watch sales are proceeding to carry on but only in the UK. Postage is/could be slightly delayed to to the current climate.
