SERVICING OTHER WRISTWATCH BRANDS

We are often asked if we service other wristwatches such as Rolex, Omega and other Swiss brands. The answer is yes we do.

Servicing other brands is carried out with the same attention to detail that we give to our Smiths watches using original parts where ever possible.

For our Swiss watch servicing we employ a horological college trained ex Omega employee.

Any watches that are high end or complicated will be by estimate only following inspection rather than fixed price. We do not charge for this inspection service. We will provide a warranty card with each watch serviced.

We do stress that we do not carry out services on pocket watches. This is because due to the complexity of the movements you can never get them running like they did when they were new this is because very few of the parts are available these days, and we do not like to compromise our quality.

The pre-paid pack is available to UK customers only as we are unable to pay for postage from other countries.
