My name is Michele. I worked with Smithswatches a couple of years ago but took a break and moved to Spain for a year.
Some of you will know me from answering the phone.
In previous years I did the basic office work like book in stock/repairs and taking photographs for the products to upload onto the website.
Since my return I have taken on a more active role. I continue doing the booking in but I now answer the telephone. I am doing more PA work, and will be moving into a full management role, covering all aspects of the business.
Yesterday I turned my hand to helping in the repairs department by changing straps, buckles which you have to measure, and measuring and replacing watch crystals. This is a time consuming process but someone has to do it as they say!!!
