Hi I'd like to apologise to our customers who are receiving emails from us today.
I decided to update our system this morning and it now appears that many of you are receiving emails. The orders these emails are referring to are for past purchases and you will neither be billed or receive unwanted items.
Our system was telling us that these orders had not been posted out when in fact they where. I clicked on the fulfil order and it has automatically sent you all confirmation emails.
Again all I can do is apologise. I hope this explains the confusion.
