Two very different black dial A358 model Deluxe watches in the 17j centre seconds range, one with a sold there piece case, the other with the usual case with internal case clamps, which is of slightly later manufacture. We also have a new Astral in stock with the sam dial finish as me of the British Rail presentation watches, here with the Astral centre seconds with grained dial in 17 jewel. There is also a nice original 1955 Austin Morris A501 model presentation watch with the special brown leather box and a blank Smiths warranty/ certificate.
The crosshatched grained finish was described as Linen by Smiths but the horizontal stripe type graining which does vary in appearance is more like Russian or Moroccan leather finish.
