As you are aware our watches and any repairs we do come with a 2 year warranty.
These warranties are NON transferable.
If you purchase a watch and it comes with a warranty card from us and you wish the warranty to be transferred you need to do the following.
Contact us to arrange the return of the watch to us WITH the warranty card explaining the sale. We will then inspect the watch to authenticate the warranty is the correct one for the watch. We in turn with provide a new warranty card for the new owner, however this service will cost £45.
For security purposes the best way to do this is to get the original owner to arrange it prior to you purchasing it. This way it covers our backs so we know its a valid purchase. The buyer would be liable for the fee not the seller.
