We would like you to please be aware that due to the Royal Mail price increases there will be some postal charge increases this New Year, also that some special delivery parcels are currently taking 2 working days and we have had some issues once again with hold ups on North America bound parcels, usual issues at customs. Although cn 22 and 23 are now applied to all exported items there may not be any charges due. .
