Could we please please recommend to all future and current customers that if you are sending a watch to us that you either send it in SPECIAL DELIVERY or request one of our pre-paid packs.
If you are a new customer and you purchase a pre-paid pack please DO NOT purchase a service pack as we deduct the cost of the pack from your final invoice.
If your watch needs looking at again after a service then please ask for a free pack.
Since covid and the postal strikes royal mail no longer prioritise mail unless it is special delivery. Signed for mail is taking a silly amount of time getting to us.
