There seems to be some confusion with regards our pre-paid packages. If you buy the pre-paid pack for £20 this total will always be deducted from your final invoice balance.
FOR EXAMPLE
If you have a service done for £350 plus a new balance for £100 totalling £450 and you purchased a pre-paid pack your final invoice will have a pre-paid discount of £20 and your total invoice will be £430.
We will no longer be sending out FREE pre-paid packs unless you've paid the full service cost up front. This is due to having them requested and not returned.
