We are trying to make life easier for both our customers and ourselves so we have now put our pre-paid packs as orders. We have put a fee of £15 for this however this is a refundable deposit.
Once the servicing has been completed the £15 deposit will be put on your invoice as a discount.
You are very welcome to ask for this service where appraisals and valuations are concerned but the £15 deposit will NOT be refundable.
