As you have noticed when getting your watch done here the time it takes for a successful conclusion is between 8 and 12 weeks on average and problem watches can take much longer.
With my experienced manageress Michele moving away , though still available remotely, this isn't going to improve. Up until now, the repairs are done by myself and a highly qualified watchmaker.
For health reasons I have had to retire from repairs and I am just disposing of existing stock. From now on when you make an enquiry on a repair or a service, I will give you the detail of my former outworker who I highly recommend for all brands not just Smiths.
