Just a heads up about the postage of repairs in and out and sold watches. Due to very much curtailed hours for the reception and users safety, our High st address is not going to be viable until further notice. Yes its still there but the staff hours have been minimalised so mail handling will suffer, and parcels have become impracticable.
We are just in the process of finalising a Royal Mail p.o. box with paid for forwarding and a Royal Mail Saturday only collection to minimise travel and so on. Details of the hopefully temporary address will be entered on the site when this has all be set up. I think we all have to accept that things will be a bit different for the foreseeable future. I don't see why e-tailers can't keep going at least trying to maintain the country's e-commerce whilst the bricks and mortar businesses face enforced closure. Some of our parts sources still remain active. Obviously face to face business will not be allowed. If anyone needs that we can always use WhatsApp, our Skype account is dysfunctional as is our online store chat. If you feel that you need more than a regular phone call let me know.
