This may make your repair less complicated, we can send out a postal pack, insured up to £1000 on the way back to us with UKRM Special Delivery. There is an upfront charge of £20.00 which if you pay will be deducted off the final bill. If we forget let us know! The charge is there so you can put all your details in as well as opening an account via the home page button. This way we know why you joined. Please note that this is for UK customers only. For our non UK repairs please just use your normal post as we can not buy your postage from this end.
Please send a note in your pre-paid pack as to strap preferences, for example, if you would like the existing one kept on, or if you would prefer a leather strap what colour.
The pack comes with instructions and you just follow them and take to your Post Office for a receipt. As with all Special Delivery you can track your item.
